- Update your profile. We now allow you to choose non-binary genders, pronouns, and dietary restrictions in your profile.
- Password must be 9 characters if creating a profile.

- A letter of invitation is available here for in-person registrations.
- If you are open to being recruited by a sponsor, see section 6.
- Student Pricing is available to full time students.
- Both the Conference & Workshops registration and the Saturday Workshop 1 Day Pass registration include the Virtual Pass for the entire conference.

- Your registration receipt and QR code will be delivered to the email listed below
- Firstname, Lastname and Institution will be printed on your meeting badge
- Visa Name will be used in your Visa letter of invitation. It should match exactly the name on your passport.
We do not collect GST or VAT for this meeting. No tax invoice is necessary for this meeting.
Visa letters of invitation are generated only for the purpose of attending the physical conference. If you need documentation of your participation at the meeting for reimbursement, please use your registration receipt as proof of payment and your certificate of attendance (above in the Payment and Receipt section as your proof of attendance.
