Poster Session

After your poster has been assigned a poster session you will be able to request a move see this page for details.
 

Poster Metadata

Authors of a paper will see [ Event Metadata for Authors (e.g. Poster and Slide Uploads...) ] on their poster page

We recommend that you upload the following optional metadata at least one week before the conference starts. You can updated this content anytime you want

  • Topic
    • Pick the topic that best fits your paper. See the Wiki for more information
    • This is used to assign your poster a position in the poster session
    • Required
  • Poster Session Selection
    • Available after sessions have been set up and assigned
    • Change your poster session if you have a conflict
    • Complete by topic deadline to be grouped by topic; late changes are arbitrarily gouped

  • Poster Upload
    • Upload your virtual poster and thumbnail
    • Highly recommended
  • Slide Deck
    • This is the for oral presentations to upload a PDF slide desk to accompany their oral presentation.
    • See this wiki for details
    • Recommended for posters selected for a oral, optional for others
  • Project Page
    • The URL of a Github or other project page
    • Optional

Video Recording

  • All accepted papers were sent an email from SlidesLive our video partner. The SlidesLive recording link is also available on your My Stuff page below Presentation History

Workshop Papers

  • Accepted Workshop papers will not appear on your MyStuff page until the workshop that accepted your paper add your paper to their workshop schedule.

 

Updating your paper on OpenReview

  • Changes that you make to your paper on OpenReview will not appear on iclr.cc until we pull the latest data from OpenReview

 

Author Names

  • On neurips.cc we use the author names as they are listed on their iclr.cc profile. To change your name you will need to edit your profile

 

Poster Sizes

  • Conference Posters landscape: Maximum size: 1.90m x 0.90m (76.4in x 37.4in) width/height
  • Workshop Poster Portrait:  Maximum size: 61cm x 91cm (24in x 36in) width/height. Due to limited wall space workshop posters need to be in Portrait format

 

Poster Display Instructions

Main Conference

  • Use only approved tape on workshop walls.  Command strips and painters tape will be provided and available in the workshop room.
  • Command strips are double sided.  Instructions: separate the strips; remove backing on one side and stick to backside corners of poster; remove backing on other side and attach poster to wall
  • Do not use adhesive backed self-sticking posters or anything that can damage poster boards
