Hotel Reservations and Shuttle Service (available to ICLR Hotel Room Blocks only):

  • We are still in the process of adding several hotels to the site. At this time, we do recommend that attendees contact the housing team directly, as we do still have rooms available and will continue adding more inventory. The housing team manages requests in the order they are received and can place attendees on priority as additional rooms are released. It’s important the arrival and departure dates in the request.  The housing team can be reached at:

  • Hotel Reservation Scams - Please be aware there are emails and WhatsApp messages going out to our attendees requesting confirmations and credit card information.  Do not respond to these. Resiada/Streampoint is the only company affliated with ICLR.  If you have any doubts about emails or WhatsApp messages received, please contact iclrhousing@resiada.com
